We start every new project with a child-like excitement. It probably sounds a bit strange-especially to our clients who are excited and yet nervous all at the same time.

We have spent years developing our approach to new construction. Our decisions are layered on top of one another. During the design process, there is always some detail that carries a bit more weight and helps guide the decisions moving forward. It’s those first months of the creative process where we really start to uncover the fine details of the home.

Once we get past the creative layers of materials, architectural details, and finishes our design team starts to wear multiple hats. We start to move into more of a project management phase as we make sure all of the creative ideas are executed properly in the building process. At the same time we are adding to the layers of finishes with selections for furniture, lighting, rugs and soft furnishings. We are very strategic in our ordering process so we have all the pieces waiting to be installed just as soon as the building phase is complete.

Our process if very thorough and rewarding as we are able to give our clients a furnished house just as the construction is complete.
